*Cost is $75 for these sessions and will be collected in cash on the first day of Conditioning. Players will not be allowed on the ice unless payment is made.

*Please be advised that in order to attend these sessions, players needs to be registered with their home association prior to the first session.

*All Sessions take place at the APM Center

*Players are expected to attend all sessions. If there is an unforeseen circumstance where a player is unable to make a session, please reach out to MidIsle Zone Director, Krista Millar-Smith at kristahockeypei@gmail.com
